As a not-for-profit membership organisation, Scottish Continuity hosts events to provide our members with insights into risk and resilience best practices, real-life case studies, regulatory updates, excellent networking opportunities, and a showcase of the latest products and services, all at an affordable membership price. Sponsorship is key to being able to deliver these events.

Our Resilient Scotland Conference is Scotland’s leading conference for Risk and Resilience professionals. With a proven track record of delivering a topical and interesting programme, providing excellent value for money to sponsors, exhibitors and attendees. The programme for the 2025 conference (Tuesday 25th February 2025) is currently under development and information will be updated on our Events page and via social media on a regular basis. At the conference there will be exhibition stands to visit during registration, coffee and lunch breaks and an opportunity for attendees to talk to suppliers. Sponsorship and marketing opportunities exist for suppliers, educators and government advisory bodies to make a powerful impact across our community in Scotland, growing your customer base and positive brand perception.

Scottish Continuity members attend the conference FREE OF CHARGE, non-members will be charged £163.22 (includes £3.63 Eventbrite fee).

For the first time, we are now also offering sponsorship options for Webinar/ Small Events and Breakfast Briefings.

  1. Read our Sponsorship Terms and Conditions.

  2. Review all NINE Sponsorship options (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Exhibition Tables, Refreshments/ Lunch, Resilience Zone, Student Attendance, Webinars/ Small Events and Breakfast Briefings) in the carousel below (using the left and right arrows) and decide on the sponsorship option(s) that best suits your needs.

  3. Select the button below the carousel marked ‘Download a Sponsorship Request’. This will download the latest Sponsorship Request Form to your device.

  4. Complete the Form with the required information, adding any questions or additional requests in the ‘Additional Comments’ section, and send the completed form, via email, to secretary@scottishcontinuity.com.

  5. The Secretary will be in touch with you within 5 working days to discuss your request. Any queries or questions about sponsorship should be directed to secretary@scottishcontinuity.com.

  • Annual Conference: 1 x Platinum Sponsorship (£7,500)

    Platinum level sponsorship offers the sponsoring company the highest level of visibility. As a Platinum sponsor, benefits include:

    • Prominently identified as Platinum Sponsor on Scottish Continuity’s website and social media channels as well as on key/relevant materials prior to and at the event.

    • Opportunity for sponsor to speak on the main platform on discussion/pitch with the SC board.

    • Prime placement in exhibition area.

    • 1 x 12’ exhibition space covered table (or 2 x 6’ covered tables) and 65” plasma screen. Exhibition space includes:
      o Electrical power outlet.
      o Complimentary Wi-Fi connection.

    Refreshments/ Lunch sponsorship offers the sponsoring company a mid-level of visibility. As the Refreshments/ Lunch sponsor, benefits include:


    • Prominently identified as Refreshments/ Lunch sponsor on all key/relevant materials prior to and at the event.

    • 1 x 6’ exhibition space covered table. Exhibition space includes:

    Resilience Zone sponsorship offers the sponsoring company a mid-level of visibility. As the Resilience Zone sponsor, benefits include:

    • Prominently identified as sole sponsor of the Resilience Zone.
    • Sponsor to supply company pop up banner / business cards and other collateral.
    • Scottish Continuity supply Resilience Zone pop up banners.
    • 1 x 6’ covered table and plasma screen located in the resilience zone.

  • Annual Conference: Multiple Exhibition Tables - 6' and 12' available (£500 and £800 respectively)

    The benefits of selecting an Exhibition Table include:

    • A dedicated exhibition area including 1 x covered 6’ table or 12’ table or space and two/three chairs.
    • Electrical power outlet.
    • Complimentary wi-fi connection.
    • Maximum of 2 x staff admittance (3 if taking a 12’ stand) to the event/exhibition including the conference session, refreshments & lunch
    • 50-word entry, contact details and company logo included in the event guide.
    • If your organisation has less than 5 employees or is a start up, we want to support you. Please let us know more about you and your services in the Additional Comments section of the Sponsorship Request Form. There is a possibility of a reduced rate, subject to review.

  • Annual Conference: Student Attendance Sponsorship (Price on Application)

    This figure can be altered to suit the organisation upon discussion with Scottish Continuiy’s secretary/ treasurer. Benefit includes:


    • Prominently identified as sponsor on all key/relevant materials prior to and at the event.
    • Free entry plus refreshments and lunch for students.
